SHIPPING POLICY
Items are typically shipped by courier with insurance. By request, or where it makes more sense, expedited shipping with my Small Business Canada Post rate with tracking information and insurance can be used. Payment must be received before item is shipped.
If you are looking for SAORI supplies, you can check out SAORI Global for a studio in your area.
Shipping is set up for Canadian addresses. As shipping to the US currently involves tariffs and potentially other duties, please contact me to discuss options.

** Note: If the actual shipping cost of your parcel is less than what you are charged by $2 or more, I will refund the difference.
Please contact me if you wish to upgrade your shipping - charges will be extra.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I accept returns of new and unused items if you notify me within 3 days of receiving the item and return it within 7 days of receipt*

For returns or replacements due to damage in shipping, the Salt Spring Weaving Studio will pay for return shipping. For returns for other reasons, the customer must pay for return shipping to the Salt Spring Weaving Studio. It is up to the customer to fully insure the goods for the return shipping.

*Please note that Restocking fees of 10% are charged when items are returned.
