SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped Expedited through my Small Business Canada Post rate with tracking information and insurance. Payment must be received before item is shipped.
Shipping of all SAORI items is only to Canadian addresses as per the agreement with the manufacturer, Sakaiseikisangyo Co. Ltd. You can find other SAORI Studios through the SAORI Global Network at www.saoriglobal.com for a studio in your country.
Handwovens, custom made warps and non-SAORI items can be shipped worldwide - please contact me for a custom rate.

** Note: If the actual shipping cost of your parcel is less than what you are charged by $2 or more, I will refund the difference.
Please contact me if you wish to upgrade your shipping or ship by UPS - charges will be extra.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I accept returns of new and unused items if you notify me within 3 days of receiving the item and return it within 7 days of receipt*

For returns or replacements due to damage in shipping, SAORI Salt Spring will pay for shipping. For returns for other reasons, the customer must pay for return shipping to SAORI Salt Spring. It is up to the customer to fully insure the goods for the return shipping.
Looms may only be returned if they are unopened, unassembled and unused and are in the original packaging to receive a full refund. If the loom has been opened, assembled and used, please contact SAORI Salt Spring to determine if there are options for resale of a “used” loom, even if lightly used.
